CO₂ monitoring in the cooling water circuit using pH sensors
INOSENT gas detection systems not only offer reliable air monitoring, but also innovative solutions for the cooling water circuit. Especially with CO₂ (R744), leaks in the heat exchanger can lead to acidification of the water. Our gas warning systems integrate pH sensors that detect critical deviations at an early stage and trigger an alarm. This not only increases operational safety, but also permanently monitors the water quality and effectively prevents damage to system components. The integration takes place on the same gas warning system bus as the air monitoring – low-maintenance, efficient and future-proof.
Gas monitoring in the water circuit with gas separator
Even with refrigerants of safety class A1 or R290 (propane), there is a risk of gases entering the water circuit in the event of heat exchanger leaks. INOSENT offers a special solution for this: The combination of gas separator and propane detector (or Gas detector for Synthetic refrigerants) allows precise monitoring of the water circuit – fully integrated in the same RS485 bus system. Communication with the Compact Pro or Ultimate control centers is reliable over a cable length of up to 1200 m. The system is expandable, freely programmable and also available in an explosion-proof version on request. This means that your gas detectors remain future-proof and standard-compliant – even with complex industrial refrigeration concepts.
