The MGT-N is a multi-gas measuring device with three sensors and four measuring channels. It detects combustible gases (via an ND-IR sensor), hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), carbon monoxide (CO) as well as oxygen deficiency and enrichment. The highly efficient, rechargeable Li-ion battery enables up to 60 days of operation on a single charge; multiple charging stations and vehicle chargers are available as options.
The MGT-N is robust, lightweight and easy to use – a straightforward and cost-effective solution for gas detection in many industrial environments, including confined spaces.
It is ATEX and CE certified.

The Senko MGT-N 4-GAS is a portable, personal multi-gas detector with three sensors and four channels. It detects combustible gases via an ND-IR sensor as well as oxygen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide with electrochemical sensors. The device has an intrinsically safe design, is ATEX and CE approved and meets the highest safety and reliability requirements with its IP67 protection rating. It has an automatic self-test of sensors, battery and electronics when switched on and provides a reliable low battery warning. Configurations are possible via an IR link, and a docking station enables simple tests and calibrations.
Power is supplied by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery which, with a charging time of four to six hours, enables an operating time of up to sixty days. The device stores up to thirty data records, including bump tests, calibrations and events. It measures 61 × 114 × 43 millimeters, weighs 240 grams and comes with a two-year warranty.
The MGT-N is particularly suitable for use in industrial environments where reliable monitoring of multiple gases is required. Thanks to its robust yet lightweight design, it is also a practical and cost-effective solution for working in confined spaces.
