The SP-220 leakage detector is characterized by its robust, lightweight design and fast response time. The simple handling makes the detection and precise localization of hard-to-find gas leaks a simple process, even at low concentrations.
The SP-220 series is equipped with a built-in pump and an LCD display that features backlighting, a molded rubber cover, LED light and weather resistance.
The instruments have an IP 55 protection rating, meaning they are dust and water resistant. Snap logging (128 readings) and measured value recording (256 data points) are also among its features. Accurate recordings can therefore be made and traceability is guaranteed.
In addition, the SP-220 is able to exclude other background gases so that you can recognize more quickly whether you are approaching the source of the gas leakage.
Riken Keiki SP-220-SC leakage detector:
The SP-220-SC is a lightweight, highly sensitive gas detector for toxic, flammable and CFC gases.
The SC version of the SP-220 works with a hot-wire semiconductor sensor (MOS) that can identify a variety of target gases. Select your target gas from one of the 40 gases listed and start the leakage search with direct indication on the display.
The new model SP-220 SC is the successor model of the SP-205ASC, which was used in the semiconductor industry with high sensitivity for leak detection of hybrid gases. The semiconductor industry or other industries with many toxic gases is a typical application area for the SP-220 Type SC.

The M / L and ML models of the SP-220 are for leak detection of natural gas and liquid gas.
Riken Keiki SP-220- F leakage detector:
SP-220 type F is a version specially developed for CFC gases.
Riken Keiki SP-220-H leakage detector:
SP-220 type H2 is a version specially developed for hydrogen.
Riken Keiki SP-220-FUM leakage detector:
SP-220 type FUM is a version specially developed for fumigants. It can detect seven fumigants, including monophosphane and sulphuryl fluoride.
